Chichen Itza, Cenote and Valladolid All-Inclusive Tour

Norma was in incredible guide, if you have the chance to get her you will be in for a treat. Her personal experiences and expertise made the whole trip come to life. The cenote was amazing and the lunch was nice to have because we were starving at that point. It’s a super long day, so come prepared with snacks and entertainment for the bus ride. I’m giving it a 4/5 because there was a lack of clear communication about the pick up point, and one of the guides (not Norma) was really impatient and kind of rude about us being late, even though it had nothing to do with us and was due to unclear and vague instructions about where to meet. If you choose the meeting point, make sure to email the day before for exact pick-up instructions (they say they will email you, but make sure to specifically ask what area to be picked up at the location). I made the mistake of just trusting they would find us, and we almost got left behind. That was frustrating. As a Capricorn, I’m always prepared, at least 5 minutes early (in this case 15 minutes early), and know what I’m doing, so to feel frustration from the tour guide because of a lack of instructions on the company’s part started the whole experience off on the wrong foot. But after that, our group just stuck with Norma and it turned they day around for the better. Give that woman a raise!

I had an amazing time, get ready for a full day from 7 am to 9 pm trip, it’s worth it, bring your cash both dollar and peso, make sure you don’t miss the bus, you take multiple, the 1st bus has butterflies on the side but ask, a also show up early. Bring underwear for after sink hole dive (cenote), bring water proof phone if possible and a good energy. Try to eat at your hotel before you head out or save some food from night before. You will get hungry at first. Have fun!

Hubby and I had a lovely day with Alex and Rey. Very informative about the history of Chicken Itza and the Cenote was absolutely beautiful. Definitely recommend this experience

Great day. Really well planned and excellent value for money. Would have liked a little longer at chichen itza but that was only downside. Julio and Javier were great as guide/driver

Very unprofessional. I had confirmation that I would be picked up, and they never showed. I called them back and they said I was supposed to meet them at a different location than we agreed to. I told the person that I had email verification, and she hung up on me. We tried to call back and no one answered the phone. Would fine zero stars if I could.

Our tour guides were Ruth and Victor. They were passionate with what they do, made our experience special! Great bus and tastey lunch! They made sure to keep us cool and hydrated by providing chilled water!

The reason I rated it a 2 was because it definitely wasn’t worth the money. The advisors was excellent an overall 5. But the excursion was a 1. First it’s 2 and a half hour drive. You get there and still have to pay an extra $30 to see the ruins. We stayed at the ruins for 2 hours. Once you see the ruins and take pictures there is nothing left to do. So you basically sitting in the burning sun for an additional hour. Next was the Cenote. It was an ok experience. But again we there for 2 hours. The buffet was just ok. I didn’t like the fact we had to pay for the drinks. After the we went to Valladolid. That was the best part. But they only give you 30 minutes to shop. So be the time you pick something up. It’s time to head back to the bus and back another 2 1/2 hour drive back. I don’t feel it was nowhere near worth the $130 dollars. Really $160 since u have to pay to see the ruins

It was a informative tour. Our tour guide, Tino was very knowledgeable on the subject. Cenote was good and valladoid was fun.

I did Chichén Itzá, Cenote and Valladolid! Even though the trip was long it was so worth it. I enjoyed every minute and I highly recommended! We did all inclusive for a very reasonable price compared to other companies.

Fun and also a long day. Our guide Tino was very knowledge and passionate about Maya culture. Giving 4 stars because the activities at the Cenote were a bit disorganised.
