The last tour experience established the threshold for my expectations. The tour guide although knowledgeable n personable did not use the Microphone so we did not hear much. The ferry ride was a complete waste of time. Did not tour Harlem, Chinatown n other areas…recommend allowing tourist to eat at 9/11 memorial better choices and somewhere to sit n eat…. School type bus that squeaked.

NYC Tour - TLC on your feet complete tour

I can't name just one specific thing, I enjoyed seeing NYC while on your seat and not on my feet. There is no way I could have done that on my own. Jerry always made sure all of his "chickens" were present and accounted for. One suggestion. When we transferred from the ferry to Ellis Island I would suggest having the guests stay together or meet at the Ellis Island doors. Jerry said we would meet him "up front" but most of us lost him due to the crush and got a bit panicky. He had explained where to meet but since we didn't know where "front" was, it was confusing. However, he did make sure we all were together before getting back on ferry, but he almost lost me and it got a bit scary.
